ITM 640×512 Thermal Imaging Module – 35 mm / 50 mm Thermal Camera

The ITM Thermal Imaging Module is a professional thermal imaging camera designed for integration with observation systems, surveillance solutions, perimeter security systems, and industrial applications. The device features a high-performance VOx detector with a 640×512 px resolution and 12 μm pixel pitch, delivering detailed thermal images and reliable object detection in complete darkness and challenging observation conditions.

The module is available in two optical configurations: with a 35 mm or 50 mm lens, allowing the configuration to be selected according to the required observation distance and field of view.

640×512 Thermal Detector and High Sensitivity

The thermal sensor operates within the 8–14 μm spectral range and offers a thermal sensitivity of NETD ≤35 mK. This enables the detection of subtle temperature differences and provides a clear, detailed image even in conditions with low thermal contrast.

Advanced image processing algorithms enhance image detail, edge definition, and the visibility of observed objects. The user can also take advantage of 2×, 4×, and 8× digital zoom, as well as various thermal imaging color palettes.

The ITM 35 mm is a versatile solution for systems requiring a wider field of view and monitoring of larger areas.

The ITM 50 mm is designed for applications requiring longer-range observation and more detailed imaging of distant objects.

The ITM Thermal Imaging Module supports analog video output and network transmission using H.264 and H.265 video encoding. Support for ONVIF, RTSP, and TCP/IP protocols enables seamless integration with video recorders, surveillance platforms, and other components of security infrastructure.

The available SDK for Windows and Linux enables the module to be integrated into dedicated hardware and software solutions.
