Delivery / Returns
Delivery of Goods is limited to the territory of the Republic of Poland and takes place at the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order. It is allowed to ship abroad in case of individual arrangements. In case of shipping outside the Republic of Poland, an individual valuation of delivery costs is necessary. The following delivery costs apply ONLY to domestic shipments.
Delivery is made via:
GLS Poland courier company:
- order value below 200 zł. gross, shipping cost 29 zł., delivery time 1 – 2 working days
- order value above 200 zł. gross, SHIPPING FREE!, delivery time 1 – 2 working days
Courier companies deliver the goods on the next working day, counting from the date of sending the shipment between 9:00 – 17:00. In the case of smaller towns, the waiting time may extend to two days.
InPost parcel machines:
- order value below 200 PLN gross, shipping cost size A – 16.99 PLN, B – 18.99 PLN, C – 20.99 PLN, delivery time 2 – 5 working days
- gross order value over 200 zł, SHIPPING FREE!, delivery time 2 – 5 working days

If your wish is to send the shipment by a shipping company other than GLS Poland, it is not the slightest problem – inform us about it (in the comment field when ordering), and the shipment will be delivered to you by the indicated courier. However, in this case, you must be prepared to pay the total shipping costs, which may be much higher than those mentioned above.

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
REPORT THE RETURN OF THE PRODUCT
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The use the right period expires after 14 days from the day on which you have taken possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement – for example, a letter sent by mail (address: INFOV Sp. z o.o., Aleja Krakowska 9, 05-090 Sękocin Nowy) or by e-mail (service@infov.eu).
You may fill out and send the withdrawal form overleaf or any other unequivocal statement.
In order to observe the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for you to send information concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the expiry of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.
Effects of withdrawal
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will return to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery of the goods (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will refund the payment using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with the refund.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.
Please send the goods back to the following address:
INFOV Sp. z o.o., Aleja Krakowska 9, 05-090 Sękocin Nowy, immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal from this agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You are responsible only for the reduction in the value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods in a manner other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the thing.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- provision of services, if we have performed the service in full with your express consent;
- in which the price of the goods depends on variations in the financial market, over which we have no control, and which may occur before the expiration of the withdrawal period;
- in which the subject of performance is a product that is not prefabricated, produced to your specifications or intended to meet your individualized needs;
- in which the subject of performance is goods that are fast deteriorating or have a short expiry date;
- in which the subject of performance is goods delivered in sealed packaging that cannot be returned after opening the packaging for health or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- in which the subject matter of the performance is goods that, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably combined with other things;
- for the supply of digital content that is not recorded on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with your express consent, before the expiration of the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.
Information about the lead time of the goods
The lead time of the order is on average 1 to 3 working days, from the moment the receiving the payment. Applies to goods in stock at the time of order.
Goods that are out of stock at the time of ordering (marked as “available on backorder” on the store’s website) require the buyer to individually agree on the terms of the order and delivery time by email.
Additional information
- To the returned goods, please attach the proof of purchase and provide the account number to which the money is to be transferred.
- Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate manner, ensuring that the shipment is not damaged during transport.
- Goods should be returned unaltered, unless the change was necessary within the limits of ordinary management.
- In case of withdrawal from the Contract, the Seller shall not bear the cost of returning the Goods.
Goods purchased from us can also be complained about if they have manufacturing defects or have been mechanically damaged during shipment. Detailed warranty terms are regulated in the warranty card. Please attach the proof of purchase with a description of the reason for the complaint to the returned goods.
