Types of products for military or police use

WT VIII. Equipment for detecting and protecting against enemy movements, as well as specially designed components and accessories for it.
1. Equipment for recording and processing images, including:
1) cameras, Photographic equipment, and film processing,
2) equipment for magnifying the image,
3) equipment using thermal imaging and infrared image converters.
2. Equipment for detecting radar signals.
3. Instruments of countermeasures to equipment specified in clauses 1,2.
Clause 3 includes equipment designed to limit the performance or effectiveness of military detection systems or to minimize their effectiveness.
4. Specially designed components and accessories include:
1) infrared image sensors,
2) image amplifiers (except the first generation),
3) microchannel plates
4) low-light camera lamps,
5) detection systems (including electronic communications system or reading systems),
6) pyroelectric lamps for television cameras,
7) cooling systems for detection systems,
8) electrically emitted photochromic or electro-optical photos with a shutter speed of less than 100 μs, with the exception of photos, which are an integral element of a high-speed camera,
9) fiber optic image sensors,
10) Composite semiconductor photocathodes specially designed for military use.
WT XIII. Equipment and “technology” for the “manufacturing” of products. Paragraphs 1 and 2. “Production” as explained by WT XIII includes: design, manufacturing, testing and control.
1. Specially designed or modified equipment for the “manufacturing” of products and specially designed components are included in this list.
2. Specially designed tools for environmental testing and specially designed equipment for certification, qualification or testing of products are included in this list.
WT XIV. Clause 1. Silencers, special weapon mounts, handles, flame arresters and weapon sights, specified in Appendix No. 1, clause 1-8. :
